My name is Sara Riseborough and I am a fully qualified counsellor. I have been practising counselling and psychotherapy in Ringwood for the past 7 years.

I am committed to providing counselling and psychotherapy to those living in Ringwood, Bournemouth, Christchurch and surrounding area. I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment in which to explore issues and concerns that are troubling you.

As a counsellor I work with individuals, couples and groups for an agreed time period or on an open-ended basis, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully. I offer an integrative approach, which means that I tailor my approach to the individual needs of my clients.
